1/4cPacked dark brown sugar
1tbCornstarch
1cSkim milk
1tsLow cal margarine
1tsVanilla
3tbChopped pecans, toasted

Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add margarine, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until margarine melts. Serve warm.
